Leveraging the ServiceNow platform to treat each component that makes up fleet vehicles as an asset with data provided via IoT, these components become just another CI to track. Layering on a customer service portal with integrations into navigation data, both the customer and engineers can efficiently track and manage the health of their equipment. Field services engineers can automatically be deployed to handle scheduled maintenance and address issues using native mobile capabilities.
