She user her insurance company’s mobile app to make a claim and upload the images. The insurance company’s agent immediately has all the information ready for the follow-up phone call. The agent can use automated verification to assess the details of both claim parties. This creates a seamless process and the understanding builds trust and loyalty with the customer. Image classification helps the agent in processing the claim and manage the customer’s expectations accurately. An automated SMS confirmation is sent to the customer to keep her informed of progress.
